Agony

LEFT side ( Nocere) symbolises physical pain. You can see it's made out of flesh and has something similar to armor from bones (torso, arms). It has sharp claws to attack. It has also "hair" that press it's head causing more pain (armor also is painful to wear) and they can move like a tentacles. It only has mouth on its face because it's normal when you hit,cut etc. yourself you want to express it by screaming. RIGHT side symbolises mental pain. It has two heads beacuse we often fight with our conflicted thoughts. The body is cover with skin = cover for insides but in some places there are outbreaks from the pressure. It's heads are sew with skin and on the top the pressure was too much and it broke revealing black hands and it symbolises our bad thoughts. Those hands are used to attack others. Also it has only eyes beacuse mental issues are still not normalized and people can often only cry in silence. Hands supporting creature on the right side are really heavy and they can crush someone = like our mental state can crush us
